Do you have vehicles from your fleet going abroad for business or pleasure?

If you do drivers need the correct paperwork for taking the vehicle abroad, for any reason, to ensure that they comply with European legislation. If they don’t, they may be fined or have the car impounded. It is the driver’s responsibility to have the right documents, the most important being a formal document called a VE103.

Each vehicle has free European Breakdown cover and we will send details with the VE103.

Simply call us on 0844 493 7644 and select option 4 and we will send you everything you need.

Documents are sent by first class post so we would like 4 days notice before you travel to ensure that you receive them. Please note there is a small admin fee for receiving this documentation.
