How It Works

Returning your vehicle need not be complicated. We will come to the address of your choice at a time most suited to you.

When you start approaching the end of your contract, or in the event that you need to return your vehicle, you can contact your dedicated Driver Services team or your employer's company car team to arrange a collection. To organise a return you will need the following information when speaking to us:

  • Collection address
  • Relevant contact details e.g office/home/mobile telephone numbers and e-mail address
  • Preferred date/s for vehicle collection

Once you have spoken to us confirming the return of your vehicle, our collection specialists will be in contact to confirm your appointment or advise if a new time needs to be organised. On the day of the collection our specialists will arrive, at the venue you have specified, and undertake a general appraisal of the vehicle. Before leaving they will share the result of the inspection with you and request that you sign any relevant paperwork.

Please note - The general turnaround time for collection of a vehicle is 24/72 hour. Before you start the process of returning your vehicle we recommend that you review the Fair wear and tear policy (download on the right hand side of this page) in order to ensure your vehicle is returned in the condition stipulated in your contract.
